LifeYield allows Riskalyze users to directly connect to the Riskalzye applications to load their clients' household accounts into LifeYield.
Step 1 - INTEGRATION PAGE
Click on the Integrations tab and then click on the Riskalyze logo.
This integration will pull in all the account data that you have in Riskalyze including custodial, planning and any aggregation feeds.
Step 2 - RISKALYZE INTEGRATION SCREEN
Step one is to Authenticate your credentials with Riskalyze. You are only required to perform this task once when first connecting to Riskalyze.
Clicking on Authenticate will take you to the Riskalyze sign-in screen.
Step 3 - RISKALYZE SIGN-IN AND AUTHORIZATION SCREENS
- Enter your Riskalyze credentials and click Login, which will take you to the authorization screen.
- Click Yes, I authorize this request, which will return you to the Riskalyze integration screen within LifeYield.
Step 4 - RISKALYZE INTEGRATION SCREEN
Select the appropriate set of Capital Market Assumptions (CMA's) that you would like to have applied as the default for your Riskalyze portfolios. You can use the LifeYield default CMA, or click on the drop-down button to choose one of your predefined custom sets of CMA's.
Click on Synchronize Now to import data into LifeYield, when complete click on the Close button. Each time you want updated account information you will repeat this Synchronize Now step.
Step 5 - PROPOSAL ADVANTAGE PORTFOLIOS SCREEN
Click on the Proposal Advantage tab and then on Portfolios to see the updated portfolios. If you see a red tooltip in the Name column it indicates an unclassified security(s) in the account. Click on the portfolio with the unclassified security(s). This will take you to the accounts for this portfolio.
Step 6 - CLIENT ACCOUNTS
Click on the account(s) that have unclassified securities.
Step 7 - ACCOUNT HOLDINGS
Click on Holding Balances, search for any holding where Category is listed as Unclassified. You can edit the Category assignment for any category listed within your CMA's.
To update the Category, click on the drop-down box and choose the new Category. Once the category is updated, click on the checkmark to accept or the X to cancel. You only need to update the category assignment of a holding once. Any account that has this holding will also be updated with the category assignment.
Step 8 - CLIENT ACCOUNTS
The client portfolio is now ready to use.
